In 2006 Jetpak and Accentics started a project targeting lost costumers and prospects in the Nordic market.
The solution was a communication platform based on automated processes, customer behavior and triggered e-mail campaigns. We named the JEM - Jetpak Eletronic Marketing.

Accentics telemarketing devision acquired email permission from apr. 16.000 decision makers in the 4 nordic countries.
Permissions was uploaded in the JEM system and the automated communication process initiated. Based on each prospect individual actions the following communication and content was costumized to the individual person.
Based on business analysis and one-one expert knowledge from Accentics the JEM process has been developed, refined and driven by Klaus Walkusch at Accentics for the last 4 years generating +8 million € in revenue from lost and new customers.
